This month the Timberland Blog has a few tips to help you get your New Years started off right in your Savannah, GA apartment. We have a few ideas for breakfast and resolutions. We hope you enjoy our post!

Recipes for All Month Long

Apple Cinnamon Stovetop Oatmeal from Sugar Dish Me

This apple cinnamon stovetop oatmeal can be made in about fifteen minutes, and it’s sugary enough to pass as a dessert. Celebrate the New Year with this delicious meal.

Easy Breakfast Casserole from The Wholesome Dish

Oatmeal is a great (and easy) breakfast, but if you want something a little heartier for your breakfasts this month, we recommend making this Easy Breakfast Casserole. It takes just five minutes to throw together and an hour to bake. This is a great breakfast to share with guests or friends.

Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate from The Whole Bite

Have a cup of hot chocolate with your daily breakfast. This salted caramel hot chocolate is creamy, thick, and sweet. You’ll love having this hot chocolate with whipped cream or even a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Gingerbread Hot Chocolate from Eat. Drink. Love.

Gingerbread season is almost over. If salted caramel hot chocolate isn’t quite to your taste, try this gingerbread hot chocolate instead.

Get started on your resolutions

It’s January, which means that it’s time to get started on your New Year’s resolutions! Take the first month of the year as a chance to take stock of your life. Find the goal you will focus on (we have found that it’s easiest to focus on one goal at a time) this year. Write it out and come up with a plan. Fall for DIY has a great list of planners to help you organize your time and life to achieve your goal this year. There’s plenty of advice out there on how to achieve your goals, but this TED speaker has some unconventional advice that we think you should check out: Don’t tell anyone about your goals. Just put your full focus into achieving them.
